Two bedroom beach cottage in the picturesque seaside village of Shaldon in South Devon

Situated in the beautiful seaside village of Shaldon, this attractive semi-detached beach cottage is ideally situated just a few steps from the back beach and slipway, and just a short level walk to the village with all amenities.

Downstairs is open-plan with a fully integrated kitchen and a breakfast bar. The lounge area has a sumptuous large 3 seater sofa and a comfy leather arm chair. SMART TV in the lounge area and another one in the main bedroom. Full high speed wifi provided.

Coast Cottage has 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and a small but lovely bathroom with refreshing power shower, sink, and WC. Coast Cottage is contemporary and much of the original artwork is by my Godson's Mum (Thea Darlow) and this just makes the space more special. In the summer the new locally made internal wooden shutters provide a more airy light feel to the Cottage and in winter we have underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs to keep guests warm and cosy.

Car parking can be difficult in the village but we provide a permit that allows private parking by the cottage on weekends, bank holidays and every evening.
